Knowledge acquired in the Hospitality Management program is instrumental in helping the Front Office manager offer great hospitality services, ensure smooth hotel check-ins, facilitate professional staff development, ensure maximum hotel occupancy, and meet and manage demands of clients. The Front Office Manager will work with teams to deliver the best customer experience while working as the link between the back office and the reception team.
Knowledge acquired in the Hospitality Management program is also instrumental in helping the Revenue Manager optimize sales processes by equipping them with skills to develop pricing strategies, analyze sales data and statistics, manage reservation systems & planning and also in budgeting. Revenue Managers also work with the front office and sales team to increase profitability of the hotel or hospitality business.
Knowledge acquired in the Hospitality Management program is also instrumental in empowering the Sales and Marketing Manager to design and execute business plans for profitability and cashflow while meeting budgetary requirements. The manager needs to take into consideration the available media channels for marketing campaigns, cross selling options that offer synergies between sales and marketing, and establish strategies for customer acquisition and retention as well as expanding the firm’s outreach.
