Overview
At Caplora International College, you can study the degree either online or on campus. With a BSc in Data Science, you will be equipped to take on data preparation, visualization and analysis. You’ll develop a methodical, focused and logical approach to data science problems. You’ll be prepared to take on the world of continued digitalization, which is currently affecting communication and the economy, and is bringing new business models that weren’t there previously.

Knowledge acquired in the D.S program is instrumental in helping the Data Engineer manage processes related to the generation, storage, maintenance, processing and dissemination of data, which includes developing and monitoring the hardware and software infrastructure. He will be responsible for the design, purchase, setting up of necessary components that are needed for the respective requirements; and is also responsible for security and stability. He is also tasked with ensuring compliance with data protection and security.
Knowledge acquired in the D.S program is instrumental for the Data Scientist in evaluating data and extracting knowledge. He will be key in supporting the management in strategic decision making. He is tasked with presenting information to 3rd parties in layman’s language; providing advisory services and support in dealing with difficult situations. He becomes a key expert in the area of business intelligence and big data.
Knowledge acquired in the D.S program is instrumental for the Digital Analytics Consultant in extracting useful data from the large data pool, to benefit the customer with important insights and figures, from which the customer can derive trends and opportunities for the end user. He is in charge of data collection and visualization and in the correct interpretation, making him a strategic consultant.
